Kerala BJP president K Surendra said that Kerala Congress (M) leader Jose Mani has said that love jihad is a fact in the state and the Catholic Bishops' Council of Kerala has also confirmed this. Not only BJP and Hindus but also the Christian community That love jihad is a serious issue in Kerala.

He further said that such incidents have taken place in the state but the government has not carried out any investigation. Hindu and Christian girls, especially female students, are being targeted by the Islamic State. Our election manifesto clearly states that if BJP comes to power, love jihad Will make law in the opposite state.

Earlier, Jose Mani had said in a meeting that if there were any doubts among the people on the issue of Love Jihad, it should be investigated. .

Meanwhile, Kerala Chief Minister P Vijayan, when asked about the matter, said, "I am not aware of such a statement. Go and ask those who have made this statement."
