- The eyewitness opinion in the report also does not seem to be different and impartial

The Election Commission is not satisfied with the report of Chief Secretary of State Alapan Bandopadhyay on the tragedy involving West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. That is why the Election Commission has demanded a more detailed and clear report from the Chief Secretary which will have to be submitted by 5 pm on Saturday.

Special Police Supervisors Vivek Dubey and Ajay Nayak will present a report on the incident after the completion of the yatra related to other matters. The chief secretary had submitted the report to the commission within the stipulated time on Friday but it lacked a lot of information which deepened the suspicions. It mentioned the facts but did not give a clear explanation of the cause of the incident. Due to this, the exact cause of the incident is not clear. It is also not clear where and how the incident took place.

The chief secretary has written factual matters like crowd pressure, narrow road, iron pillar on the side of the road, closing the door with shock, injuring Mamata Banerjee's leg outside but the report is not helping to reach a decision.

The report that Mamata Banerjee's leg was injured in Nandigram was an accident and the attack is not clear. The opinion of the eyewitnesses based on the police report in the report is also different and they do not seem to be fair. The video proves there to be a crowd but there is no evidence that the car door wandered off with an iron pole.
