Former Bihar CM and fodder scam convict Lalu Prasad Yadav is currently serving a jail term. Meanwhile, a case has come to light in which his pillow and quilt and pillows were stolen from Reims Hospital in Jharkhand. An explanation has been sought from 10 police personnel deployed under his protection.

Lalu Prasad, accused in the fodder scam, was earlier undergoing treatment at Reims Hospital, where he was given pillows, sheets, quilts, etc. from the hospital. He was later shifted to AIIMS, Delhi for further treatment.

Meanwhile, the sheets, quilts and pillows deployed for Lalu's security were taken away with him. The hospital had asked for his return but the troopers did not return the goods.

After that, the Ranchi police chief has ordered to return the sheets, pillows, quilts, etc. to the jawans as soon as possible. For this, the jawans have been given a 24-hour ultimatum, otherwise action will be taken against the jawans.
