Clashes between Naxals and security forces continue for 12 hours, additional commandos sent by helicopter

Clashes between security forces and Naxalites have been reported in the dense forests of Chhattisgarh for the past 12 hours.

The clashes are taking place in the jungles known as the Abujamad mountainous area of ​​Gadchiroli and additional commandos are now being sent to the area by air force helicopters. It is said that a large group of armed Naxalites attacked the security forces and clashes broke out between the two sides.

The Maharashtra border is also close to the area and it is said that the patrolling party was attacked by the Naxals in a premeditated manner. Since then, 270 police personnel have been sent to assist. Chhattisgarh police is also helping. The police party is on the hill and the Naxals have cordoned off the hill area. It is raining bullets from both sides.

Although no casualties have been reported so far, additional commandos are being sent to the rescue with the help of Air Force helicopters, suggesting that the clash has taken a serious turn.
