PM Narendra Modi's mother has been spotted on social media after a listener slammed her during a BBC Asia Network radio show in Britain.
The radio program debated the issue of racial discrimination against Sikhs and others of Indian descent living in Britain. In the meanwhile the whole discussion turned to the ongoing demonstration of the farmers.
Meanwhile, a caller used an insulting word for PM Modi's mother Hiraben. A video of which is currently being shared on Twitter. To which people are reacting harshly.
This offensive statement on @bbcasiannetwork literally translates to "put a leg in Modis Mothers Vagina". This is a common Punjabi offensive slur that is used to degrade women with the sole purpose to offend. #BritishIndians recommend fOfcom to review the broadcasters license. pic.twitter.com/fo8ScrGqzP

People are also criticizing the anchor of the BBC radio show and the BBC. Such people are asking why the BBC allowed such comments to be aired on air. The BBC should apologize for that, said a social media user. Is this kind of language being promoted? This is a serious issue.
