Watching this video of an elephant being tied to a tree and being beaten will make your hair stand on end. People are shocked to see this video going viral and at the same time are expressing great anger. This video is from Tamil Nadu where an elephant is being brutally beaten.

It is learned that the video is of a rehabilitation camp and it shows two people tying an elephant to a tree and beating it severely. The two men seen in the video hit the elephant with sticks and they are believed to be mahouts.

When these two mahouts are killing the elephant, it screams terribly in pain. This elephant is believed to belong to the Srivilliputhur temple. A passerby downloaded and shared a video that went viral.

The incident took place at Thekkampatti, 50 km from Coimbatore. Action is being sought against both the culprits after the video went viral.
