Team India overwhelmed by seeing Motera Stadium, said Kuldeep-Hardik

The countdown to the third Test between India and England has begun at Motera in Ahmedabad, the world's largest cricket stadium, and Team India's players have been overwhelmed by the sight of the stadium.

Team India spinner Kuldeep Yadav today shared pictures of Motera Stadium on his Twitter account as both the teams have reached Ahmedabad to play the third Test. In one picture, Kuldeep as well as Rohit Sharma, batting coach Vikram Rathore are seen looking at the stadium and discussing and a look of disdain can be seen on their faces.

"The stadium is the best and the experience of playing here will be wonderful. Everyone involved in the reconstruction of this stadium has done a wonderful job," Kuldeep Yadav wrote while sharing the photos. Earlier, Hardik Pandya also shared a selfie of the stadium and said, "I can't believe I'm in the biggest cricket stadium in the world."

Motera Stadium is spread over 63 acres and has a total of 11 pitches on the field. There are facilities for players including a gym. The stadium has four dressing rooms and this is the first stadium. Indoor outdoor practice also has facilities in the stadium. The stadium has a seating capacity of 1.10 lakh spectators. Reconstruction of the stadium was started in 2016. The Test match between India and England will now be played here from February 24.
