A major tragedy has occurred in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra. 15 people have been killed in a road accident here. The accident took place when the truck overturned late at night. The truck carrying the laborers was also found to be carrying women and children.
The accident took place near Kingaon in Yawal taluka of Jalgaon district. According to the Jalgaon police, the truck was going to Raver and all the laborers were residents of Raver.
Prime Minister Modi expressed grief
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the accident near Jalgaon in Maharashtra. "My condolences to the bereaved family for the serious truck accident in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The injured are recovering as soon as possible," he said.
