Maharashtra and Rajasthan Congress government gives contract to Adani group, BJP says - is this 'Hum Do, Hamare Do'

The BJP has targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who has not missed a single opportunity to target the BJP over Adani-Ambani. On handing over the solar power project and Didhi port to the Adani group from the governments of Rajasthan and Maharashtra, the BJP has asked Rahul Gandhi if this is 'Hum do, hamare do'.

The Adani Group is going to develop a 9700 MW solar hybrid and wind energy park in Rajasthan. The executive group will invest Rs 50,000 crore in five solar projects. In Maharashtra, on the other hand, a coalition government of Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP has handed over the port to Adani Group.

According to media reports, Adani Group has bought a 100% stake in Didhi Port Limited (DPL) for Rs 705 crore. The company will invest Rs 10,000 crore here and set up an alternative gateway for the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Mumbai.

Now BJP general secretary City Ravi and former Congress leader Shehzad Punawala have surrounded Rahul Gandhi on the issue. CT Ravi tweeted that the Congress government in Rajasthan has allowed Rs 50,000 crore to be withheld and five solar projects to be handed over to the Adani group.
