Concerns have been raised in Maharashtra over the rising incidence of corona virus. Due to which the Maharashtra government has imposed new sanctions. Lockdown has also been imposed in some districts. However, there are many people and leaders who do not follow Corona's guidelines such as masks and social distance. An incident connected with this has happened in the Bombay High Court.

The court refused to hear the case after a lawyer took off his mask during a recent hearing in the Bombay High Court. The event is Feb. 22. A single bench of Justice Prithviraj Chauhan was hearing the case on February 22. The petitioner's lawyer, meanwhile, violated Corona's guidelines and removed the mask from his mouth.

The judge then referred to the court's directions and said that wearing a mask is mandatory until the hearing is over. He then refused to hear the case and said he would hear the case later.

The court said in its order that the case should be removed from the board. It is to be mentioned that in Maharashtra, except Pune, the work of the court has been started by appearing directly in the High Court and lower courts.
