Jammu and Kashmir: Security forces send four terrorists to Yamasadan in Anantnag, internet service shut down

Security forces have reportedly killed four militants in an ongoing encounter in the forests of Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district.

However, the police said that the number is not accurate as the bodies of the dead terrorists have not been found yet.

Meanwhile, the internet service in the area has been shut down indefinitely to prevent rumors from spreading. Police, army and CRPF troops have been deployed in the area after receiving reports of terrorists hiding in the area and the operation has been going on for hours.

The militants, meanwhile, opened fire on security forces, prompting a fierce response.
