Government oil companies have given one more shock to the common man. Oil companies have once again increased the prices of domestic LPG cylinders. At the same time, the price of 14.2 kg unsubsidised LPG cylinder has gone up from Rs 769 to Rs 794. The hike will take effect from Thursday, February 25. This is the third increase in gas cylinder prices during the current month. The price of unsubsidised cylinder has been increased to Rs 25 today.

Prices rise for the third time in February

Gas cylinder prices have been hiked for the third time in February. The government had hiked LPG prices by Rs 25 on February 4. Then on February 15, the price of a cylinder was increased by Rs 50. And this is the third time the price has been increased by Rs 25.

An increase of Rs.200 in 3 months

On December 1, the price of a gas cylinder rose from Rs 594 to Rs 644. Then on January 1, it was raised again by Rs 50. With this, a cylinder of Rs 644 became Rs 694. This is the third increase in February to Rs 794.

The price of commercial gas

LPG prices usually change on the first day of each month. This time on February 1, the price of a commercial gas cylinder alone went up by Rs 190. The price of a 19-kg cylinder has gone up to Rs 1,533 in the national capital, Rs 1,598.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1,482.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1,649 in Chennai.
