Baba Ramdev launches Corona Ayurvedic medicine, claims to be first 'evidence based' medicine

- 70% of patients claim to have recovered in just 3 days from the use of the drug

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has launched one more drug to combat corona virus infection. Baba Ramdev announced the new drug at an event held at the Constitution Club in the national capital Delhi on Friday. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan and Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari were present on the occasion.

Baba Ramdev announced that Kovid could be treated with Patanjali's Coronil tablet. He also claimed that the Ministry of AYUSH had accepted the coronal tablet as an adjuvant drug. Notably, the Coronil tablet was previously only considered an immunity booster. Baba Ramdev has declared the Coronil Tablet as an adjuvant drug as per the protocol and certification system of CoPP - WHO GMP. According to Patanjali, 70 per cent of the patients recovered in just 3 days after using the drug.

Baba Ramdev described the day as historic and expressed confidence that India would lead the world in the field of medicine.
