Security has been beefed up in Jammu and Kashmir on the anniversary of the Pulwama attack. In the midst of this situation, the army has succeeded in thwarting a terrorist attack during a major search operation. The Army has recovered an IED of seven kilograms from a nursing student at the Jammu bus stand. Which was to be used for a major attack like Pulwama.

Four people have also been arrested during military and police operations. Also, 15 IED devices and a pistol were seized from Samba. Jammu Range IG Mukesh Singh said six pistols and 15 small IED devices were recovered from Samba.

More alerts were received as we received intelligence, the police administration had been alerted for the last four days. We were informed that the terrorists had hatched a conspiracy to carry out a major blast in Jammu city.

Some of the young people became overly active, which we kept an eye on. A young man was walking in a suspicious situation with his bag in a General Bus Stand area in Jammu. A large quantity of explosives and pistols were found during the investigation.

The young man had seven kilograms of explosives in his bag, but he was not activated so a major attack was averted. The young man's name is Suhail Bashir Shah and he is a native of Pulwama. The same Pulwama where a major attack on the CRPF took place on 14 February 2019 in which more than 40 soldiers were killed.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that Pakistan wanted to carry out a major attack similar to the one in Pulwama. The arrested youth was studying nursing in Chandigarh. Currently, some youths studying in Punjab are being used by terrorists. Four terrorists have been arrested since yesterday.

The arrested youth confessed during the police investigation that he had received a message of a big explosion from Pakistan. He is currently under further investigation. While 15 small IEDs have also been seized from Samba.

Which is suspected to have been infiltrated into India by Pakistan with the help of drones. Sohail was given three to four targets by Pakistan, after which he was to catch a flight to Srinagar, where he was received by Athar Shakeel Khan, an overground worker from Al Badr.

The Raghunath Temple, Lakhdat Bazaar and Jammu Railway Station were the targets of terrorists. On the other hand, during the second anniversary of the Pulwama attack, the CRPF said, "We will neither forgive nor forget this attack." A tribute program was also organized at the CRPF camp at Lethpura here.
