Bengaluru, Ta. 17. Sunday, January, 2021

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was present at a rally in Karnataka, slammed the Congress on the issue of farmers.

Amit Shah asked, "If Congress has so much love for farmers, why didn't it give Rs 6,000 per year to farmers during his government. I want to ask Congress leaders why they did not provide direct financial assistance to farmers like the BJP government."

He said that the new agricultural law will increase the income of farmers. The Modi government is committed to work for the welfare of farmers. The new law will help increase the income of farmers. Indian farmers will be able to sell their produce anywhere in the world and the country.

Amit Shah said that when Congress was in power, it could not launch an insurance scheme for farmers like BJP. The government has also changed its policy of using ethanol for farmers. Congress has never done such a thing.
