Today is the Swasomi Jayanti of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, an ardent freedom fighter and founder of the Azad Hind Foj. Leaders from across the country, including the Prime Minister, paid rich tributes to Subhash Babu.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote in a message on Twitter that he pays homage to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the great freedom fighter and true grandson of Mother India, on his birth anniversary. A country that is grateful for his sacrifice and dedication for the freedom of the country will always be remembered.

Paying homage, President Ram Nath Kovind wrote that Netaji pays homage to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on the occasion of the inauguration of the Swasomi birth anniversary celebrations. In honor of his indomitable courage and bravery, the entire country is celebrating his birthday as a day of heroism. Netaji instilled a sense of patriotism in many of his followers.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wrote that Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was a true leader. He was a firm believer in the unity of the country. We are celebrating his Swasomi Jayanti as a national day.

"I salute Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the great hero of the country's freedom struggle, for giving up everything for freedom and facing every challenge," wrote Rajnath Singh, the country's defense minister. His adventures and feats will be an inspiration to many generations to come.

This year is the West Bengal Assembly elections. Earlier, the battle was only between the BJP and the Trinamool Congress. But now with the Congress, the Left, Asaduddin Owaisi's party, etc., the election is likely to be full of tussle. On the eve of the elections, all parties and leaders were remembering Subhash Chandra Bose to win the sentiments of the Bengali people.
