Mamata Banerjee will file a reprimand in the state assembly against the chanting of slogans like "Jai Shri Ram" when West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee stood up to address a rally on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Trinamool Congress termed Jai Shriram's slogan as an insult to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and the Chief Minister of the state. Mamata Banerjee had hinted that she would file a reprimand motion. However, Congress and Left leaders who agreed with Mamata on the issue of Jai Shri Ram's slogan will not participate in the vote on the proposal.

"Unless Mamata Banerjee ensures respect for the country's constitution and the opposition, we will not support her motion of no-confidence and will not participate in the proposed vote," said a spokesperson for the Congress and Left parties.

Mamata Banerjee has an allergy to the name of Shri Ram. Even earlier, in all the ceremonies where the slogans of Jai Shri Ram were chanted, Mamta Vifari was angry and expressed her anger against these slogans. He believes that the BJP has played dirty politics in the name of Lord Ram, so he has been constantly angry over the words Jai Shri Ram.

This year is the West Bengal Assembly elections. At such a time, if Mamata expresses displeasure against the slogan of Jai Shri Ram, the possibility of losing Hindu votes is not ruled out.

When Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose stood up to address Mamata, political critics believed that the chanting of Jai Shri Ram should not be taken so seriously. We were getting the impression that Mamata was in favor of the Muslim electorate. However, Mamata is also set to face Muslim leader Asaduddin Owaisi in this election.
