Launch of Vaccination Campaign: PM Modi became emotional while addressing

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today started vaccination of corona by video conference at 11.05 am. In his first speech, he said that the vaccine has arrived in a very short time. At present 3,006 centers have been set up for this. In which three lakh six hundred health workers will be vaccinated on the first day today. The government has sent 10.65 crore doses to various states.

PM Modi said that scientists have been working day and night to develop the corona vaccine. Congratulations to all for the world's largest vaccination campaign. Modi also became emotional while addressing the nation. "Many people risked their lives to save us," he said. Many did not return home. In a way, the society is paying its debt by vaccinating the people involved in the health service.

AIIMS director Randeep Guleria has been vaccinated against corona. By taking the vaccine, he has proved that corona vaccine is safe among the countrymen. Manish Kumar, a cleaner at the Delhi AIIMS, has been vaccinated against corona for the first time. He is the first person to be vaccinated at the Delhi AIIMS in the presence of Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi became emotional while addressing the people. “During Corona’s time, many of our colleagues were such that they did not return from the hospital after falling ill,” the PM said. "At the same time of crisis, in the same atmosphere of despair, anyone was communicating hope, risking their lives to save us," the PM said. These people were our doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, ambulance drivers, hope workers, cleaners, police and other frontline workers. Many of our comrades did not return from the hospital after suffering from corona. We pay tribute to all such comrades.
