India leads the world in the birth of 3,71,500 children on the first day of the new year

Around the world, 3,71,500 babies have been born in the New Year and India tops the list. Of these, 60,000 babies were born in India.

The world's first child was born on the first day of 2021 in Fiji, while the last child was born in the United States, the United Nations said.

Half of the children born in the new year in the world are born in India, China, Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Ethiopia, USA, Egypt, Bangladesh. The number of children born in these countries is as follows.
