Ekta Kumari, a Hindu teacher, was forcibly converted in Pakistan

Islamabad, Ta. 9 January 2021, Saturday

In Pakistan, fundamentalist elements are rampant and persecuting the Hindu minority. However, the intellectuals sitting in India are not ready to support the Hindus on this issue.

Ekta Kumari, a Hindu teacher from Sindh province, has been forcibly converted in the latest shocking case in Pakistan. The local body has remained silent on the incident. According to a report, every year 1000 minority girls in Pakistan are forcibly converted in this way.

A Pakistani social worker has posted information about Ekta Kumari on social media. Activist Rahat Austin says that Ekta Kumari was converted to Islam in Sindh through Mian Mittu and her name was changed to Ayesha. Ekta Kumari is a teacher in a primary school in Sindh.

Meanwhile, an organization called Voice of Minorities of Pakistan has also raised the issue, saying that one day the white color will disappear from the Pakistani flag. This white color represents minorities.

Earlier, a religious leader by the name of Mian Mittu had also converted a Hindu girl named Kavita a few days back. There are 117 cases of conversion against Mian Mittu alone but no action has been taken against him.
