Drivers of Mega Corona: Center gives instructions to states for corona vaccination, who will get the vaccine and who will not?

The document with DOs and Don'ts will be circulated between all program managers, cold chain handlers and vaccinators. The central government said that according to the Doos and Don't document, vaccinations would only be allowed for people up to the age of 18. The vaccine should not be given to women who are pregnant and not sure about their pregnancy and to breastfeeding women.

Instructions given by the center for vaccination

1. The Covid-19 vaccine is only for people 18 years of age and younger.

2. People in charge of vaccines should be quarantined for 14 days.

3. The second dose of the same vaccine given the first dose is not allowed for vaccine exchange.

This person cannot be vaccinated

- Onflectic and allergic reactions due to first dose of Covid-19 vaccine

- Anaphylaxis and allergic reactions that start sooner or later with vaccine or injectable therapy, pharmaceutical products, food, etc.

2. Pregnancy and breastfeeding

- Pregnant and lactating women have not yet taken any Covid-19 vaccine in clinical trials. Because, if pregnant women, and who are not scheduled for their own pregnancy and breastfeeding women who are not vaccinated.

Temporarily withheld - In this condition, corona vaccination will be stopped for 4-8 weeks after recovery.

1. A person with positive symptoms from SARS-CoV-2 infection

3. Patient upset and hospitalized due to any illness

Extra caution

The vaccine will be given with caution to individuals with bleeding and coagulation disorders (such as clotting factor deficiency, coagulopathy, and platelet disorders).

- People with SARS-CoV-2 infection (CERO-positivity) and RT-PCR disease history

- Suffering from any disease for a long time and mobility (cardiac, neurological, pulmonary, metabolic, renal, malignancy)

- Immuno-deficiency, HIV, immunosuppressive patients due to any condition (these individuals may have reduced response to the Covid-19 vaccine)
