Caution! Otherwise it will be like Tablighi Jamat, Supreme Court asks farmers to remember Koro's precaution

- The instructions for Corona are broken in the crowd

New delhi date. Thursday 7 January 2021

The country's apex court had urged the agitating farmers on the Delhi border to abide by the guidelines for Kovid 19 and said that if you miss the guidelines, a situation like Tablighi Jamat could ensue.

"We do not know whether the agitating farmers are following the guidelines of Kovid 19," Chief Justice SA Bobde said. This situation is worrying. The Supreme Court, while hearing an application, said that you (the applicant) should tell the court what is really happening. I don't know if the farmers are following the guidelines of Kovid 19.

The petitioner told the court in the Nizamuddin Merkaz case that took place earlier last year and also about allowing crowds to gather during lockdowns that the government had endangered the health of millions of citizens by allowing hundreds of locals and foreigners to gather at the Nizamuddin Markaz. Now the same situation was being repeated in the name of the peasant movement.

Petitioner's counsel Parihar said that no information has been received yet about the whereabouts and condition of Nizamuddin Marak's captain Maulana Saad. They should be caught from where they are and find out who allowed them to collect fat during the Corona period.

The apex court said the court did not know whether the farmers were following Corona’s guidelines. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta then told the court that we would try to get information about the latest situation. Chief Justice Bobde said the farmers have learned a lesson from the Markaz incident. Farmers follow the guidelines of Koro. Give a solid answer to the court in fifteen days.
