BJP leader sends Ramayana to Mamata Banerjee

Indore, 24th January 2021, Sunday

A Madhya Pradesh BJP leader has sent a copy of the Ramayana to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Mamata Banerjee was annoyed when she heard Jai Shri Ram's slogan before her speech at a function to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose yesterday.

After that Madhya Pradesh MLA Rameshwar Sharma has said that Ram temple is to be built in Ayodhya after years and Mamta Banerjee is upset with it. Mamta hates the name Ram. My prayer to Mamta Didi is, learn to speak Jai Shri Ram, stop opposing Lord Ram. Lord Rama has been insulted and the people of Bengal will teach you a lesson.

At the same time, the leader said, "I have sent a copy of Ramayana to Mamta Banerjee. I hope that after reading Ramayana, Mamta will come to her senses. Just as there are devotees of Lord Rama all over the world, by reading Ramayana, Mamta Banerjee will also become a devotee of Lord Rama."
