New Delhi, 12 December 2020, Saturday

During the peasant agitation, cricketer Yuvraj Singh's father Yograj Singh made a controversial statement about Hindu women using extremely nasty words.

Now, son Yuvraj Singh has torn apart his father's statement. Today, on his birthday, Yuvraj Singh said, "I am sad and disappointed by the statement made by Yograj Singh as a proud Indian." I want to make it clear that this statement was his personal and I do not agree with his views.

Yuvraj Singh further wrote on social media, "Instead of celebrating birthdays, I pray that the ongoing dialogue between our farmers and our government will resolve this agitation. There is no doubt that farmers are India's lifeline. I believe that there is no such problem." Not which cannot be resolved peacefully.

Yuvraj appealed to the people that the epidemic of Corona is not over yet and people should be careful to defeat Corona.
