World leaders will discuss Corona's impact at the UN General Assembly

World leaders, top UN officials and top officials from companies developing corona vaccines will attend a special session of the United Nations on December 3 and 4 at UN headquarters. They will talk about the effects of the Corona epidemic and emphasize the need for a concerted effort to tackle this major health crisis in decades.

Adar Punawala of Serum Institute from India will participate in the session on December 4 by presenting his pre-recorded video. Russia's health minister, meanwhile, has demonstrated his Sputnik Five Corona vaccine at the UN headquarters on December 2. Addressing the UN General Assembly in September, Russian President Vladimir Putin offered to provide Russian vaccines free of charge to all members of the organization.

Today, the total number of new corona cases in India has crossed 95 lakh, with more than 8,000 new cases being reported. The death toll rose to 1,38,280 in India with 120 deaths. However, more than 25,000 new cases were reported in Russia today and 590 people died.
