According to informed sources, some senior employees had made the proposal to fellow employees. According to the proposal, each employee was to provide one lakh rupees. At present, Air India has 14,000 employees. If every employee pays one lakh rupees, they can raise huge funds.

A letter to this effect was sent to every employee associated with Air India. Once the funds are raised, senior employees can submit their offs to the Central Government. However to do so he has to breathe a sigh of relief to the Tata Group. At one time, Air India was a Tata Group company. J. R. D. Tata made the efficiency of the company international level.

After the nationalization of Air India, it was forced to incur huge losses and incur debts. Gradually the company incurred huge losses and the central government decided to sell it. Hinduja, Adani and Tata groups are currently making their own offers.
