Some of the thousands of peasant leaders camped on the Delhi border went on hunger strike again today. So far, 30 farmers, including Sant Baba Ramsingh, have lost their lives.

There are farmers on one side and social activist Anna Hazare on the other.

The farmers' movement has been going on for the last 23-24 days. The government made different offers more than once but the farmers did not accept. It seems that both sides made the issue a matter of prestige. While the farmers are insisting on withdrawing the law, the government fears that Doshi Murray is not afraid of it.
