Shehla responsible for unrest in Jammu and Kashmir, alleged BJP unit president Ravinder Raina

- Shehla was getting money for this work through hawala

Jammu and Kashmir BJP leader Ravinder Raina had alleged that Shehla Rashid, a student of Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, was receiving money from abroad through hawala. The money was used to perpetuate unrest in Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier, Shehla's father Abdul Rashid Shora himself had alleged in a letter to the police that Shehla was involved in anti-national activities. That is not what we say. Ravinder Raina's allegation came after the allegation made by Shehla's father himself. However, Shehla's father also informed the police that my daughter's life was in danger.

Shehla, meanwhile, dismissed her father's allegations as baseless and false. He wrote on Twitter that what my father did does not happen in any family. My father made babuniyad accusations against me, my mother and sisters. It may be noted here that Shehla was constantly making anti-central government statements. It was also alleged to have been involved in the violence in Delhi in February this year. Delhi Police was also taking action against him.
