India has made advance bookings of 120 crore doses of corona vaccine

India is currently number one in the world in terms of purchasing corona vaccine. India has already ordered dose of the vaccine to potential agencies before the corona vaccine has arrived yet. India will buy 500 million doses from Oxford-AstraZeneca. The largest American company will buy 100 million doses from Novavex and 100 million doses of the Russian vaccine Sputnik.
India is currently the world's leading buyer of corona vaccine. According to the Global Health Innovation Center at Duke University in the United States, India has placed orders for a total of Rs 120 crore for three agencies. India has already booked 100 crore doses of NovaVex. Next in line is Oxford AstraZeneca. India has booked a total of 120 doses in advance, including Rs 200 million from Oxford AstraZeneca and Rs 100 million from Russian vaccine Sputnik.
Preparations for the collection and distribution of corona vaccine are currently underway in India. Indian companies are also testing the corona vaccine. Meanwhile, India has set a record by booking vaccine doses from foreign health agencies. According to experts, the bookings that India has made will cover 80 per cent of the country's population.
In addition to India, the US has booked 200 million doses of estrogen. The European Union has made 400 million doses in advance. Britain has asked for 100 million doses while Canada has also written 20 million orders. The Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine has proven to be the only reliable vaccine in the world that has been booked by all countries.
