This time, UP is working on the theme of presenting Ayodhya as a cultural heritage in the parade, which will also feature the Dipotsav held in Ayodhya every year.

In the parade held on Rajpath on January 26, each state presents a glimpse of its culture. This time, the UP government has decided to present the Ram temple in its own tableau. Dipotsav was celebrated on the occasion of Diwali and 6 lakh lamps were lit.

This time Britain's PM Boris Johnson will be the guest of India in the parade. Preparations for the parade on January 26 are already underway.
