Trump will be able to enforce new immigration rules during court hearings

Chicago, Ta. 5
A Chicago district court judge has given an important permission to the Trump government. Immigration officials will be able to reject applications for green card applications for food and medical benefits under the US Public Service, allowing the Trump administration to enforce the rules until a final court ruling is reached.
The Trump administration's request has been upheld in court amid a vote count in the US election. The Trump administration has applied to the court to determine how much permission it needs to allow until a final decision is made on a new immigration policy. Because until the verdict comes, there is a need to break many rules for law and order.
Chicago District Court Judge Gary Fenerman gave the government interim approval, saying green card applicants need to show they are not a burden to the country. If public food and medical are used, it puts an economic burden on the country. In such a case, the immigration officials will be able to cancel the green card application for the time being.
When the Trump administration's new immigration policy was challenged in court, the U.S. Department of Justice told the court that if green card applicants took advantage of U.S. public service, it meant they would continue to use that service even after they were granted a permanent residence permit. Because of this they are likely to provide nothing in America, on the contrary increasing the economic burden by taking advantage of the American government.
Trump's new immigration law was challenged in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court stayed it. His hearing was suspended due to the Corona epidemic.
