The second phase of voting has started in Bihar

Voting for the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections began peacefully this morning. By eight o'clock in the morning, four percent of the vote had been cast.

Rabbi Devi, wife of RJD's Lalu Prasad Yadav and former chief minister, claimed that change had begun. Voting was taking place today for 94 seats in 17 districts. A total of 1,463 candidates were in the fray for these 94 seats. The districts in which polling was taking place today included West Champaran, East Champaran, Shivhar, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Gopalganj, Sivan, Chhapra, Vaishali, Samastipur, Begusarai Khagadia, Bhagalpur, Nalanda and Patna.
