The ban was imposed to enrich PM Modi's friends: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, November 8, 2020, Sunday

Today marks the end of four years of ban on banknotes.

However, today, four years later, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has once again questioned the banknote ban. Rahul Gandhi tweeted a video saying that the banknote ban was a pre-planned move by PM Modi. Sorry. The ban was not a mistake but a deliberate mistake. Four years of this national tragedy have come to an end.

Rahul Gandhi said that the crisis of Corona is facing India and the question is, how did the economy of Bangladesh get ahead of India. There was a time when India was the best performing economy in the world. The answer to this question is not because of Corona but because of decisions like ban on banknotes and GST. Modi launched an attack on the Indian economy and struck an ax on his own foot. PM Modi's fight was not against black money.

Rahul Gandhi said, "PM Modi wants to snatch your money and give it to his counting friends. The general public was standing in line at the time of the ban but Modi's big business friends were not seen in the line. And also forgave their debt of Rs 3.50 lakh crore.
