Nitish Kumar is set to be sworn in as Bihar Chief Minister for the seventh time today. The matter is being discussed at length in Patna. Governor Fagu Chauhan will administer the oath of office and secrecy to Nitish Kumar at Raj Bhavan at 4.30 pm today.
