Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu paid a secret visit to Saudi Arabia and held a meeting with Prince Salman.

In the midst of a power struggle between Trump and Biden in the United States, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu traveled to Saudi Arabia with the head of the notorious Mossad spy agency to meet with Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, including US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. According to the Times of Israel, Netanyahu stayed in Saudi Arabia's Red Sea city of Niamey for about 5 hours, according to flight tracking data.

Pompeo, who met with US Secretary of State Pompeo and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the city of Nyom, described his meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince on Monday as positive, although Pompeo did not say whether the Israeli prime minister was present at the meeting.

Pompeo tweeted that the meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was positive and that we would take the partnership further to achieve economic goals under the Vision-2030 plan to stop Iran's growing influence in the Gulf.

Netanyahu's visit to Saudi Arabia has not been officially confirmed by Israel, the United States, or Saudi Arabia, although Twitter users observed that a private jet flew between Tel Aviv and Neom on Sunday evening, shortly after the high-level meeting began.

It is worth mentioning that the visit of the Israeli Prime Minister to Saudi Arabia could be a sign of a historic change in Israel's relations with the Gulf countries.
