A news item on YouTube is going viral fast. In which it is being claimed that the central government is putting Rs 7 lakh in the student's account.

According to the viral news, the central government is investing Rs 7 lakh under the 'Jivan Lakshya Yojana'. This turned out to be completely false when the news was investigated. Many such reports go viral on social media from time to time to mislead and deceive people. The central government is constantly alerting the people to avoid this.

It is being said in this news that under the government's 'Jeevan Lakshya Yojana', a sum of Rs 7 lakh is being given in the bank accounts of all the students. The official Twitter handle PIB Fact Check of the Government of India has clearly stated that this news is false. In the opinion of the PIB, this claim is false. The Indian government has not made any such announcement and neither is the government running any such scheme.

Earlier, PIB Fact Check had stated the fact of the claim being made regarding the 'Kanya Samman Yojana' scheme. In fact, another YouTube video is claiming that the central government is depositing Rs 2,500 per month in the bank accounts of all the girls under the 'Kanya Samman Yojana', but that claim is also false and no such scheme has been run by the central government.
