New delhi date. 28 November 2020, Saturday

India has been battling on two fronts, Pakistan and China, as well as strengthening its military capabilities.

Union Defense Minister Shripad Naik has said that the Indian Navy could spend Rs 3.5 lakh crore on warships and submarines over the next ten years to maintain its dominance in the Indian Ocean. The budget has been set aside for this purpose. In the last five years, Rs 66,000 crore has been procured by the Navy at the domestic level.

He said that given the movements of neighboring countries and India's role in the sea, security on the country's maritime front has become important and the country's shipyards could play a major role in this. Everyone will remember the Mumbai attack. Our sea is very big and its security is just as important.
