New Delhi, 28 October 2020, Wednesday

A total of 21 Rafale aircraft will be delivered to India by next April, which will increase the strength of the Indian Air Force many times over.

At present, France has given five Rafale aircraft to India, which have also joined the Air Force. The other 16 aircraft will also arrive in India by April. Three of these aircraft will be delivered to India by France in November. The strength and capability of the Air Force is increasing as France has started delivering aircraft faster.

According to an English newspaper report, three aircraft arriving in November will also be included in the Golden Arrow Squadron. Earlier, five Rafale aircraft arrived at Ambala airbase on July 29. The other three aircraft will arrive in India on November 5. Due to this, the planes do not need to land anywhere. The five planes that arrived earlier stopped at Abu Dhabi to take fuel.

After receiving 3 aircraft in November, another 3 aircraft will be delivered to India in January, 3 aircraft in March and 7 aircraft in April. These are all single-seater fighter jets, while Indian Air Force pilots are training in France on seven other aircraft. .
