US President Donald Trump paid only 7 750 in taxes in 2016-17. So Trump paid only 55 thousand rupees in taxes. In the same period, Trump's company paid ટે 1.45 million in taxes in India. That is, the US paid less tax than India.

A report in the New York Times, a leading American newspaper, claimed that Donald Trump paid only 7 750 in taxes the year he became president. Trump, who is a billionaire but paid only 7 750 in taxes, was questioned as a surprise by a press report. The report goes so far as to claim that Trump has not paid taxes in 10 of the last 15 years. The report said Trump's company pays taxes, but the president himself does not pay income taxes.
