The quake affected districts bordering Nepal in Bihar this morning. Dhara Dhruji in Saharsa, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. At 5:04 a.m., a magnitude 5.3 earthquake shook the region.
The epicenter was reported 10 kilometers below Kathmandu. However, no casualties have been reported so far. The National Earthquake Science Center said in a tweet that a magnitude 6.0 earthquake shook Sindhupalchowk district of Palna at 5:19 am today. The quake was felt in the eastern part of Nepal.
