Sikkim, Ta. 5. Saturday 2020 September

Amid ongoing tensions on the border between the armies of India and China, the Indian Army has once again set an example of humanity. The Indian Army has helped three Chinese nationals in the North Sikkim area.

According to a military statement, the three Chinese nationals lost their way in the Sikkim plains at an altitude of 17,500 feet when Indian troops came to their aid. Two men and a woman were struggling with temperatures below zero degrees. Provided help with oxygen, clothing and food, as well as warm clothing.

The soldiers also guided them along the way. The Chinese then thanked the Indian Army. Before showing the way, the soldiers also checked their vehicles so that they would not have any difficulty in returning.
