Rupees were withdrawn from the account of construction of Ram temple

An attempt was made to defraud the account of Shri Ram Janmatirtha Kshetra Trust. Rs 6 lakh has been withdrawn from a bank in Lucknow through a clone check in the trust's account. The theft was caught during the verification of the money to be withdrawn from the third clone check.

The trust has lodged an FIR in Ayodhya Kotwali. According to Ayodhya CO Rajesh Rai, a clone check has been made in a bank in Lucknow and Rs 2.5 lakh has been withdrawn on September 1 and Rs 3.5 lakh on September 3. When an attempt was made to withdraw Rs 9.86 lakh from the Bank of Baroda by installing a third fake check, the officials called the general secretary of the trust, Champat Rai, to verify it.

Who denied giving such a large amount of check. Officers withheld check clearance. The trust has also lodged an FIR in Ayodhya Kotwali. Police are conducting an investigation.
