More than one lakh patients in the country were coronary free in 24 hours

In a single day, more than one lakh patients have been corona-free in India and with this, the total number of patients recovering from corona has crossed 45 lakh and the recovery rate has reached 80.86 per cent.

The number of patients recovering from new cases of corona in the last four days in the country is higher, the health ministry said on Tuesday. So far, 45,68,479 corona patients have recovered in the country, according to PTI. The total number of corona cases in the country is 56,30,192, with the death toll being 89,911.

Of the total corona patients in India, 79 per cent are from nine states. The nine states include Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Delhi, Kerala, West Bengal and Punjab.

More than 32,000 corona patients have been cured in a single day in Maharashtra while more than 10,000 patients have been cured in a single day from Andhra Pradesh. India ranks first in the world in corona recovery rate. The recovery rate of corona in the country has increased due to the 'test, track and treat' strategy of the central government and the precautionary measures taken by the central government.

The recovery rate in India has increased following the protocol of effective clinical management and treatment announced by the Central Government. India has the highest number of patients recovering from corona in the world and the number has increased significantly in the last four days, the health ministry said on Tuesday.

The number of recovering patients in the country has risen significantly over the last four days compared to new cases of corona. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with the chief ministers and health ministers of the seven states most affected by the corona in the country on Wednesday to review the status of Kovid-19.

The review meeting, to be held on Wednesday, will be attended by the chief ministers of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi and Punjab. More than 63 per cent of active cases of corona in the country have been reported in these states, the government said. These states account for 65.5 per cent of the total confirmed cases and 77 per cent of the total deaths in the country.
