If someone is caught photographing on a plane, the flight will be banned for two weeks

The DGCA came across an alleged violation of protocol regarding security and social distance on an Indigo Chandigarh-Mumbai flight on Wednesday in which actress Kangana Ranaut was also traveling. According to a video of the incident, the reporter and the cameraman were punching each other to get the reaction of the actress.

The DGCA said in its order on Saturday that from now on, if there is any such violation / photography in a pre-determined passenger plane, the flight on that route will be suspended from the next day for two weeks. This order will be sent to every airline in India.

The order states that under Rule 13 of the Aircraft Guidelines 1937, no one is allowed to take any photographs inside the aircraft. This can be done with the approval of DGCA or the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

It said that if such a violation occurs in a pre-determined passenger plane, the flight on those routes will be suspended for a period of two weeks from the next day and the flight will be resumed only after the airlines take necessary punitive action against those responsible for the violation. Will come.

The DGCA asked IndiGo to submit a report on alleged violations of safety and social distance rules by media persons on the Chandigarh-Mumbai flight. In this regard, Indigo said that its pilots as well as crew members complied with all the necessary rules, including a ban on taking photographs, social distance and maintaining safety. Necessary action was also taken to prepare a record of the case following the flight.
