Nawaz had sent a message to the court that the Corona virus has now spread worldwide. I am a senior citizen and suffer from kidney disease so the doctors did not allow me to leave London so I cannot attend the special court hearing.

Nawaz Sharif was released on bail in November last year. His doctors then claimed that Nawaz Sharif needed immediate coronary artery surgery to let him go. Seeing Lag, Nawaz Sharif flew to London. But now his relatives have been arrested by Imran Khan's government. Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Nawaz Sharif and vice-president of the Pakistan Muslim League, and her husband Muhammad Safdar were arrested last week on charges of sponsoring terrorism. Safdar had also been sentenced to one year in jail for corruption in Nawaz Sharif's case.
