Five Lok Sabha MPs infected before Parliament session, all members undergoing corona tests

The monsoon session of Parliament begins on Monday. Meanwhile, five Lok Sabha MPs have contracted Korona. Corona tests are being conducted on each MP before the start of the session. So far, the reports of five MPs have come positive. Yet other MPs are being tested.

This time the Parliament session will be very different due to the crisis of the core. MPs will have to follow Koro’s guidelines during the session. This time the Lok Sabha proceedings will last for four hours, the time limit of zero hours has been reduced to half an hour.

Venkaiah Naidu conducts Corona test

According to the Vice President's Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Speaker Venkaiah Naidu tested his corona before the monsoon session of Parliament. Each member is having their corona tested 72 hours before the start of the session. Corona's report must be negative for each member to participate in the proceedings of Parliament.

Amit Shah was admitted to AIIMS

Union Home Minister Amit Shah was discharged from the AIIMS on August 30 after post-covid treatment, the media and protocol division chairman said. As per the advice given at that time, he has now been admitted for complete treatment for one or two days before the session of Parliament.

Our voice is heard in Parliament

"We have proposed to discuss the issue of unemployment, the status of migrant workers and the economic scenario in the country in the next session," said Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, senior Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha. We have urged the government to make our voices heard in Parliament. In view of the issue raised by us, the Chairman has convened another meeting of the Trade Advisory Committee on 15 September.

The monsoon session of Parliament is scheduled to begin on Monday. The session of Parliament, which runs from September 14 to October 1, is scheduled to run in two shifts from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. As a precautionary measure in view of Corona's condition, the session will start only after all the MPs have undergone Corona test and this time the session will be very different due to Corona.
