Corona will get the vaccine, Congress will not get the president

The Madhya Pradesh BJP tweeted sarcastically about the ongoing tussle in the Congress party over having a president outside the Gandhi family, saying that Corona would get medicine but the Congress would never get a suitable president.

This tweet was written if you. One day there will be a cure for cancer, there will be a vaccine for corona, there will be water for Atlantis but there will also be water for Mars and there will be a visit from some other satellite but Congress will never find a suitable president.

It may be noted here that the Congress had an executive meeting last week but no party except the Gandhi family was ready to take over the presidency. Eventually, Sonia Gandhi once again had to take over as interim president. Although many, including former Union Minister and senior party leader Ajay Maken, had urged Rahul Gandhi to become president, Rahul refused to take the responsibility.

At the meeting, Rahul Gandhi, on the other hand, accused senior party leaders of being agents of the BJP, which left many senior leaders frustrated. There was a kind of bitterness in the atmosphere. The BJP's Madhya Pradesh unit had taken to Twitter to criticize the Congress.

The fact is that there is no leader in the 135-year-old Congress party who has made significant contributions to the country's freedom struggle except the Gandhi family. Last Monday's executive meeting also expressed the view that even if someone other than the Gandhi family becomes president, he will not be able to run the party properly as he does not have 100 per cent power in his hands.
