Bangalore, the country's IT hub, has become a stronghold of terrorists: BJP Youth Front president

New Delhi, 27 September 2020, Sunday

The new president of the BJP Yuva Morcha and Bangalore MP Tejaswi Surya has accused Bangalore, known as India's IT city, of being a stronghold of terrorists.

He met Home Minister Amit Shah today and said that the National Investigation Agency had arrested a number of people from Bangalore. It was learned that some sleeper cells were also active here. The Home Minister also assured that the demand would be met.

Recently, 10 people from across the country were arrested by the NIA. Their ties with Pakistan are denied. Not long ago, an Islamic State terrorist was also arrested from Delhi.

It may be mentioned that there were riots in Bangalore over a post hurting religious sentiments. The NIA is also investigating the matter.
