The decision by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to rename the Mughal Museum in Agra after Chhatrapati Shivaji started a new debate.

Yogi wrote on Twitter that the museum being built in Agra would be named after Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In the new Uttar Pradesh, the symbol of slavery has no place. Our chief was Chhatrapati Shivaji.

In response to the yogi's announcement, Tariq Fateh, a journalist originally from Pakistan and a world-renowned author, said that the Qutub Minar in Delhi was built by demolishing 26 Jain Dehrans. In an interview to a TV channel, Tariq Fateh, who is currently living in Canada, said that many of the people who came as robbers today are known as kings. We celebrate their dates. This is not a celebration. Babur was neither born in India nor died in India. Babur spread hatred in India and killed millions of people in cold blood. How can he be called the king of Hindustan?

Tariq further said that there is no country in the world that has honored the robbers who invaded it. This only happens in India. The Mughals inflicted indescribable atrocities on Hindus, Sikhs and Shia Muslims. We should have something like self-esteem. The Qutub Minar in Delhi was built by demolishing 26 Jain Dehrans. How to call it heritage?

Tariq said that despite the monstrous atrocities perpetrated by the Mughals on the people of India, we Mughals made the film Azam. In fact the word Mughal itself is corrupted, the word is associated with the Mongols. If those people did not find anything in Samarkand, then the descendants of Timur came to India and looted and fled.

Earlier, Union Minister for Culture and Tourism Prahlad Singh Patel had also said that the Qutub Minar was built by demolishing 27 temples.
