Why did the Prime Minister lie about China's infiltration? Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's sharp question

Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the people had a right to know why the Prime Minister had lied about China's incursion into Indian soil. The Prime Minister should clarify that. The Prime Minister should reveal why he hid the facts about the Chinese incursion into Ladakh. People have a right to know the truth.

He said the defense ministry had today announced that Chinese troops had infiltrated the Indian border in May. Then the Prime Minister should reveal the details of why he had to hide the truth and why he lied to the people. Details provided by the Defense Department make it clear that China had infiltrated. Then why the Prime Minister has misled the people of the country should be made public.

Rahul Gandhi had earlier tweeted based on details published by a newspaper that the Prime Minister had lied about Chinese infiltration. Other Congress leaders had advised Rahul Gandhi not to be grumpy on the issue but Rahul did not agree. Rahul Gandhi was again in an aggressive mood today when the Defense Ministry released details of China's incursion in May and he again raised the issue of why the Prime Minister should now reveal why he did not tell the truth about the Chinese incursion.

At the same time, Rahul Gandhi also tweeted that if the original price of the Raphael aircraft is Rs 526 crore, then why did we buy it at Rs 1670 crore and if it was a matter of buying 126 aircraft earlier, then why the government should buy only 36 aircraft.
